Terms of use

SIA “Šrēdereja”, reg. Vētras iela 10A, Rīga, LV1016 (hereinafter - SHREDEREJA) provides the content available on the website and provides goods/services in accordance with the Terms of Use set out below.

1. General rules

The Terms of Use shall govern the legal relationship between the Seller and the Buyer when ordering goods from the Online Shop www.sredereja.com.

Legal relations between the Seller and the Buyer shall be regulated in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia in force.

SHEARER shall have the right to amend these TERMS OF USE by making the current version available to CLIENTS by posting it on our website.

2. Making a purchase

You can shop online 24 hours a day, every day.

The prices in the online shop and on the order form are in EUR, including value added tax 21%.

The cost of the delivery service is not included in the listed price.

To place an order, add the desired products to your shopping basket. Fill in all the required fields and choose the most suitable delivery method. The total cost of the order including delivery is then displayed on the screen. Checkout to complete your order.

3. Payment terms

The purchase can be paid by selecting the following payment methods provided by the payment platform makecommerce.lv, Maksekeskus AS:

1. Latvian internet banking payments at Swedbank, SEB, Citadele and Luminor;
2. Estonian internet banking payments Swedbank, SEB, Luminor;
3. Lithuanian online banking payments from Swedbank, SEB and Luminor;
4. Visa/Mastercard payments.

NB: If you are using an online banking payment method, confirm your order and click on the “Back to merchant” button.

 Personal data necessary for making payments are transferred to a licensed payment institution Maksekeskus AS.

The Contract shall become effective upon successful payment to the online shop's bank account. If for any reason the order cannot be fulfilled, the Buyer will be notified and the amount paid will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than 14 days after notification.

 4. Delivery terms

The purchased goods shall be delivered by the Seller or its authorised person (courier).

All duties and taxes payable to collect the shipment at the delivery destination shall be borne by the Buyer.

Delivery costs are displayed before the order is confirmed. Purchased goods are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer within 20 working days. In exceptional cases, we have the right to dispatch the goods up to 45 calendar days, informing the customer.

The Buyer may collect the goods at Andrejostas iela 4a, Riga, on working days from 10:00-16:30 by informing the Seller by e-mail sales@sredereja.com

The Seller delivers the goods within the time limit set by the online shop. The Buyer agrees that in exceptional circumstances the delivery date may be changed for reasons unforeseen by the Seller. In such a case, the Seller is obliged to inform the Buyer immediately and agree on a delivery time.

5. Return and exchange of goods

You may return and exchange the product within 14 working days of receipt.

In order to exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal, the goods may only be used for their intended purpose and the customer is responsible for maintaining the quality and safety of the goods during the period of exercise of the right of withdrawal. If the goods are inappropriately used or damaged, if they are handled carelessly during use or without following the instructions, if the original packaging of the goods is lost or if the packaging is substantially damaged, the online shop has the right to reduce the amount to be refunded in accordance with the reduction in the value of the goods.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you wish to return or exchange an item, you must send a notification to sales@sredereja.com for the return or exchange of the goods, stating the order number and preferably the reason for the return.

6. Processing of the Buyer's personal data

The online shop only processes the personal data that the customer has entered when ordering the goods, such as name, surname, email, etc.

 The online shop transfers personal data to the transport service provider(s) to ensure delivery of the goods.

If you have expressly consented to receive our marketing communications, including newsletters, we may contact you from time to time with information about our services and latest offers. For this purpose, we may process the email address you provided when you signed up for marketing communications. You have the option to opt-out of marketing communications by notifying us by writing to sales@srederejaa.com

7. Dispute resolution

In matters not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the Buyer and the Seller undertake to comply with the laws and regulations in force in the Republic of Latvia.

The Parties shall resolve any disputes arising between the Seller and the Buyer by means of mutual negotiations or correspondence. If the dispute cannot be resolved by negotiation or correspondence, the Parties shall settle the dispute in the courts of the Republic of Latvia in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Republic of Latvia. Disputes between the Buyer (consumer) and the Seller may be referred to the Consumer Rights Protection Centre or to a court of the Republic of Latvia.

The Buyer shall also have the right to apply to the dispute settlement bodies of the European Union.
